Hosted in Manila, Philippines, this four-day workshop is designed to equip organizations with the tools to measure and improve their program effectiveness. Why Apply for the Research Incubator? Organized by J-PAL Europe and Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA), this incubator aims to help organizations refine their evaluation strategies and leverage randomized evaluations. This methodology can significantly enhance the assessment of programs supporting displaced persons and protection solutions in conflict settings. Participants will: Learn how to design and implement randomized evaluations tailored to their programs. Gain insights from J-PAL and IPA experts on impact measurement methodologies. Develop a robust theory of change to guide their research questions and interventions. Work collaboratively in groups, applying learnings directly to their initiatives. Establish connections with researchers and funding opportunities under J-PAL’s Displaced Livelihoods Initiative and Humanitarian Protection Initiative. Who Should Apply?
