Applications are Open for KLIC Catalyst Grant Program to Strengthen Community Health Through Innovation Admin, July 26, 2025July 26, 2025 Application Deadline: August 10, 2025 GaneshAID Consultancy is calling on innovators, NGOs, and grassroots organizations to submit proposals for the KLIC Catalyst Grant Program, a targeted initiative to pilot innovative solutions that enhance community engagement and leadership in primary health care (PHC). The application deadline is August 10, 2025, and successful applicants will receive up to $5,000 USD in funding to implement a three-month pilot. This opportunity stems from insights gathered at KLIC2024, GaneshAID’s global innovation lab held in Benin, where over 90 participants from Africa, Asia, and beyond came together to address persistent public health challenges in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). Themed “Leveraging Immunization Innovation to Modernize Primary Health Care,” the event highlighted two key barriers to effective PHC: Limited community engagement, especially among men and fathers, resulting in low immunization uptake. Insufficient leadership and management capacity at local and frontline levels, weakening the sustainability and effectiveness of health innovations. In response, GaneshAID is launching the KLIC Catalyst Grant Program to operationalize the most pressing recommendations—driving equity, innovation, and local leadership in PHC delivery. What Is the KLIC Catalyst Grant Program? The KLIC Catalyst Grant Program provides seed funding for community-based and digital prototypes designed to solve these two critical challenges: Stream A: Community Engagement & Male Involvement in PHC Projects should focus on: Increasing demand for vaccines and PHC services.
