If you’re an early-stage startup innovating in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector, the DARE Initiative Program Cycle 4 is your gateway to scale, impact, and global visibility.

Powered by Dar Ventures and operated by Acasia Group, the DARE Initiative is a regional acceleration platform tailored specifically to support and elevate AEC tech entrepreneurs across the MENA region. The program is designed to catalyze early-stage ventures through a strategic blend of funding, mentorship, and expert-driven training, setting them on a path toward sustainable growth.

What the DARE Initiative Offers

DARE provides a unique ecosystem of resources and benefits designed to fast-track AEC innovation. Startups accepted into the program will gain access to the following:

  • Workspace Access: Co-working spaces available in multiple regional locations to foster productivity and collaboration.
  • Equity-Free Grant: Up to $50,000 in grant funding, disbursed in phases based on progress milestones.
  • Investment Opportunities: Dar Ventures holds the option to invest within one year from the program start.

Who Can Apply?

This opportunity is open to early-stage AEC tech startups that meet the following criteria:

  • Your startup offers innovative, scalable, and disruptive solutions in the AEC technology sector.
  • You have an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) already developed.
  • Your team consists of at least two founders, one with deep domain expertise and another fully committed to running the startup full-time.
  • You are passionate, resilient, and ready to grow your venture.
