Applications Are Open: Build Your AgriCanvas. Build Your Future Admin, September 16, 2025September 16, 2025 Application Deadline: November 7, 2025 Applications are now open for the “Build Your AgriCanvas. Build Your Future” competition, an exciting opportunity for young and emerging agripreneurs to transform innovative ideas into investment-ready ventures. Organized by the Agribusiness e-Academy, this initiative is designed to empower entrepreneurs across African, Caribbean, and Pacific (ACP) states by strengthening value chains in cocoa, maize, cashew, and livestock (cattle, sheep, goats). Agriculture remains the backbone of many ACP economies, yet countless micro and small agribusinesses lack the tools, skills, and resources to scale. With over 55,000 learners already benefiting from its courses, the Agribusiness e-Academy is now offering participants the chance to move beyond training and create real, sustainable impact through practical business solutions. Why This Opportunity Matters This competition provides a unique platform for agripreneurs to convert their knowledge into action. By developing an AgriCanvas — a structured business model plan, participants can showcase innovative solutions that make value chains more sustainable, inclusive, and profitable. Special emphasis is placed on women and youth, as well as on promoting climate-smart, low-emission agricultural practices. Who Can Apply This call is open to: Agripreneurs aged 18 and above. Individuals based in OACPS member states. Entrepreneurs working in one or more eligible value chains: cocoa, maize, cashew, or livestock. Participation is completely free of charge, and all required training modules are also available at no cost. Benefits for Selected Winners Successful applicants will gain access to resources that can transform their ideas into thriving enterprises. Prizes include: €2,000 in direct funding to support your venture. Technology tools such as laptops, tablets, or business software. Expert mentoring, incubation, and training support to sharpen your business model. Networking opportunities with financial institutions and investors. By supporting viable, inclusive ideas, this initiative ensures agripreneurs are well-positioned to attract investment and contribute to sustainable food systems across ACP regions.
