Eligibility Criteria For Applicants: Must be a national or permanent resident of Brazil, China, the EU, India, Indonesia, Mexico, or South Africa. Hold a university degree (minimum Bachelor’s). Possess 3 to 15 years of professional experience in global cooperation and/or sustainable development. Be proficient in English for active participation in discussions. Secure employer support (written confirmation required). Commit to full-time participation (8 hours per day). For Employers: Grant special leave to employees attending the program. Cover round-trip travel costs to and from Germany. Support participants in applying new competencies in their workplace.
